Agency Ad Account Policies

These guidelines apply to all ad account users. Please read them carefully to avoid issues and ensure compliance with Meta’s Advertising Standards.

🔁 Account Usage & Content Approval

  • Stay Active: Post on your Facebook Page at least 3 times per week. Inactivity may negatively affect your account status.
  • No Page or Domain Changes: Do not change your Facebook Page name or domain without our approval.
  • Creative Pre-Approvals: Submit new creatives (images, copy, videos, funnels) for review before running.
    • Max 10 creatives per submission
    • Allow up to 48 business hours for approval
    • Upload to Google Drive, Dropbox or any other cloud service and notify us on Telegram

🧠 Domain & Account Setup

  • 1 Domain = 1 Ad Account: To use multiple domains or Pages, request additional accounts (no extra charge). A new pre-approval is required for each setup.

🚫 Ad Rejections

  • Do NOT delete rejected ads. This disrupts Meta’s review history.
  • Send us the Ad ID and Ad URL so we can escalate the issue through our Meta rep.
  • You can also submit an appeal, but we often resolve issues faster internally.

⏰ Support & Turnaround Times

  • Support is available Monday–Friday (business hours), excluding public holidays.
  • Emergency issues (e.g. downtime, billing blocks) are monitored 24/7 by our internal team.
  • Non-urgent requests like creative approvals may take up to 1 business day.

⚠️ Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited across all ad accounts:

  • Fake endorsements, celebrity likeness without permission
  • Cloaking or deceptive redirects
  • Cryptocurrency (unless certified and whitelisted)
  • CBD, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, weapons, adult content, or gambling
  • Counterfeit or "brand knockoff" products (e.g., fake Louis Vuitton)

🛡️ Brand & Compliance Responsibility

  • Landing pages and ads must clearly show your business name and contact information.
  • You are responsible for policy compliance. Violations may result in account suspension.
  • When in doubt, ask us before launching. We're here to help.

💳 Credit Card Line (CC Line) Specific Policies

  • Each CC Line account must be tied to one unique credit card. The same card should not be reused on multiple accounts.
  • Add a backup card to avoid downtime if your primary card fails.
  • You cannot change or replace cards — once you provided a card, it remains on your account. Changing out the CC might have damaging consequences to your Ad Account.
  • Inform your bank that your card will be used frequently on Meta to prevent automatic blocks.
